Soundword Media, unlike other music download sites, is a worldwide digital download subscription club with dedicated subcribers. Our subcribers enjoy the benefit of purchasing music at discount prices, sending gift cards to relatives and friends, and many more without being tied to any contract or fees. Our subscribers only pay when they purcahse download music. In the same way, our artists and labels get paid when their music are downloaded.

How I do I register as a customers to purchase donwload music?
You may rgister by clicking on the register icon on the upper right hand corner of every page.
Where do I sign in as a customer?
You may sign in with your username and password from the sign boxes on the upper right hand corner of every page.
I never received an email with my username and pasword. How do I get it?
Several email service providers including, but not limited to, AOL, Yahoo, gmail, Hotmail have jumk email filters that may filter out valid messages. To ensure delivery of our messages/notifications, please add sales@soundwordmedia.com to your contact list. Also ckeck your junk/bulk email folder for our message. If you still do not received our notification, please contact us for immediate assistance.
I purchased a song track or an album, and my account status states that my purchase is delivered but I do not know where my songs were delivered to?
Click on my downloads in your account section, then click on the view button on the lower right hand corner in your order number box for your full order information. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you see download links. Click on each track to download.
When I review a song, why doesn't it show up?
Your review must be edited first by our staff before it is activated. This is to prevent reviews from being skewed.
I forgot my password/I can't remember my password?
Please click on the password forgotten link following the error message you receive after you try to sign in. After you enter you email address, your password will be mailed to your email address on file.
Where do I sign in as an artist/label?
You should have received a link in your email that takes you directly to our supplier sign in page. If you did not received it, please follow the artist administration link following this sentence to go to our sign in page: Artist Administration
I am trying to create an album of my mp3 files, but the system tells me that sample files missing?
You will need to upload both downloadable files and and sample files before you can create an album. After you upload you download files, the system will tell you that sample files are missing. You then need to upload your 60-90 seconds sample files of your song tracks. Please make sure that your sample files have exactly the same name as your downloadable counterparts. If you are still experiencing problems after you upload both download and samples files, please contact us.
How do I check my supplier account as an artist/label?
Please click on the sales statistics in your artist administration section for accounting information.
When will you send me the payment amount due in my account?
We will send you payment when you accumulate and amount of twenty dollars or more as described in our terms and conditions.
